The heartbeat of any great organization is its people. Without trained and engaged employees, the work just doesn’t get done or get done right.
That’s where I come in! I’m a leader in corporate training and development. I’ve worked with major Fortune 500 companies and know what it’s like to balance learner and organizational needs. I’m resourceful and creative and not afraid to take on jobs outside my area of specialization. In fact what I do encompasses many different roles and responsibilities.
I’ve earned my SPHR certification and have experience in employee orientation, onboarding, and hiring. My skills also include business operations and documenting policy and procedure. I’m a life-long learner and would like to collaborate and exchange my best practices and learnings with you.
